That's mean script error, it recommend to upload and replace the scripts
files on flash.

i will like to know what this message indicates " i am sorry we currently
experiencing system problems and are unable to process your calls" this is
what i get when trying to invoke a script in Contact center, i think am
missing some thing, both i can tell exactly what it is, i willl be counting
on experts to light me up on this.
