Could someone from Proctor Labs please get back to me, I gave up so much to LAB today including tickets for a New York Giants Football Game. If someone out there has the Tech Support Hotline Number that would be great, it is notg posted on the Web Site, live Chat is only available apparently only when you are in a LAB.

Any incoming call will be answered by CUCCX by the Application triggered by that number (888). The setup on the cm7 side , router is configured as H323 gateway.
