Hello guys, I experienced a problem where i cannot make any outbound call from an cucm through an mgcp gateway. My mgcp gateway was registered to d cucm, right pt/css were applied to d calling phone and correct partition to the route pattern. When 911 is called, a disconnect tone is heard, when i call any other number it says ''number you have dialed cannot be .......'' note that inbound calls are working fine.
