If that link doesn't work for some reason, you can access through the Doc CD - Switches > LAN Switches - Access > Cisco Catalyst 3750 Series Switches. Under Most Requested Documents you will see a "Cisco Catalyst 3750 Qos Configuration Examples". There was also a blog post on the IPX CCIE Blog that did a good job of breaking down how it all works internally, however I don't have that link handy. If anyone else does, it would be very helpful to get started.
