Thanks Sumit,
It doesn't seem like a transcoder issue - I can call in to the pilot (directly, or with the voicemail button) on the BR1 phone no problems with g729. I've confirmed with port monitor that the call is not getting redirected to Unity at all. It seems like a "redirection" issue somewhere that the SIP trunk does not like, but I cannot figure out what. Can you check if you can assign the trans coder for the calls going to unity. So far so good, my phones (HQ and BR1) can dial directly to the Voicemail route pattern and login to their mailbox. The problem is when BR1 phone calls HQ and vice versa and gets forwarded to voicemail.there is just a fast busy on the calling phone. Any ideas? _______________________________________________ For more information regarding industry leading CCIE Lab training, please visit www.ipexpert.com -- Sumit Ahuja
