I have doubts in CUE with CUCM integration 1. When I try to register CUE with CUCM through GUI , Two type of credential is asked after login into CUE WEB user and password ie cucm application user and password if I m not wrong And Jtapi credential When I try to integrate using cli , I am able to given JTAPI credentials but not the cucm credentials ie application account credentials CUE-CUCM(config-jtapi)# ccm-manager ? address IP address of the Call Manager credentials CCM JTAPI user credentials username Account name for CCM JTAPI User login // Jtapi account ccm-manager credentials ? // I guess this is asking for application account credential of cucm . I am not able to give it as it asked for encoded credential hidden Encoded username/password value CUE-CUCM(config-jtapi)# ccm-manager credentials But integration works ie all feature without giving ccm credentials !! Is this expected ? why GUI ask two type of credentials ? Regards, MJ
