Hi,

I believe you could get that by "Get Reporting Statistic" step.

Report object: CSQ IPCC Express
Field: Position in Queue
Row Identifier: <CSQ NAME String variable>
Result Statistic: <resulting int variable>

You should be able to pull that information while queued, and then do
a Play Prompt to tell him the number extracted.
