Hi, Maybe someone has done this can provide a hints. I'm currently doing Vol2 lab1,uccx scripting.According to PG, there should not have any CSQ defined in the script, but when uploaded to UCCX Apps,there is a CSQ defined. Why there is this discrepancy?
2nd question,why do we need CSQ and phone agent? Are we testing conferencing or agent based routing? Thanks Shingei.
