Hi Mates, when user is leaving a message for any subscriber , subscribe name is prompted at the beginning of greeting.
instead of user name , can be it sub's extension ? i could not find any option in user's greeting. the only way i can change this behavior by replacing the user name with extension! is there any specific config ? Thx, Rahul
