Hi,

you have to add the command:

se-172-22-132-253(config)# ccn subsystem sip
se-172-22-132-253(config-sip)# mwi sip outcall

Cheers

Steffen

Betreff: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] Integration of CUE and CUCM : MWI ON/OFF

Hi All ,

i am able to integrate CUE and CUCM and it is working as expected including
MWI on/off.

but unable to figure out how to set " MWI ON/OFF DN " if this is the
requirement !

config on cue

ccn subsystem jtapi
 ctiport 5555 6666
 ccm-manager address 14.160.108.10
 ccm-manager credentials hidden
"G2Zv4Op2jjz5S/06Uc99p0nfGWTYHfmPSd8ZZNgd+Y9J3xlk2B35j0nfGWTYHfmPSd8ZZNgd+Y9J3xlk2B35j0nfGWTYHfmPSd8ZZNgd+Y9J3xlk2B35j0nfGWTYHfmP"
 end subsystem

ccn subsystem sip
 gateway address "14.160.115.200"
mwi sip unsolicited // if phones goes to SRST mode , MWI ON/OFF will work
if unsolicited is configured
 end subsystem

cli
parameter "strMWI_OFF_DN" "8001"
 parameter "strMWI_ON_DN" "8000"

does not help.

MWI DN on CUCM is used with UC not with cue which i verified by looking into
traces.

Any suggestion ?

Regards,
Mritunjay
