Point CUCM directory services to the root of AD, then explicitly deny Read rights to any OUs that you do not want to import, for the service account used when setting up CUCM DirSync. I have been running this config for several years now to sync 1500+ users daily. It takes less than 10 min. This way CUCM does not scan unnecessary OUs. Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry
