Hi folks, I was working on the bootcamp- lab2. Here is the scenario.
HQ is a H323 GW. BR1 is a MGCP GW. When AAR is invoked, I call from HQ(5002) to BR1 (1002), call gets to BR1 phone and rolls over to voicemail. I am able to leave a message and MWI is turned-on. The problem is when I dial the pilot number from BR1 Phone (1002). I hear the standard greeting instead of the subscriber greeting. I have 1) AAR enabled on the service parameters 2) BR1 router has the Redirecting number outbound checked. HQ router has the redirecting number inbound checked. Did a "no mgcp/mgcp" on BR1 GW. 3) Voicemail Hunt pilot's EPN set to +14087775600 4) Voicemail profile - mask set to XXXX on the HQ router, the redirecting # is seen as 5600 HQ-RTR(config-if)# Feb 12 01:55:17.564: ISDN Se0/0/0:23 Q931: RX <- SETUP pd = 8 callref = 0x00A1 Bearer Capability i = 0x8090A2 Standard = CCITT Transfer Capability = Speech Transfer Mode = Circuit Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s Channel ID i = 0xA98381 Exclusive, Channel 1 Display i = 'BR1 Phone 2' Calling Party Number i = 0x2181, '4158881002' Plan:ISDN, Type:National Called Party Number i = 0xA1, '4087775600' Plan:ISDN, Type:National Redirecting Number i = 0x000081, '5600' Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown Feb 12 01:55:17.568: ISDN Se0/0/0:23 Q931: extract_redirect_orig_called_ie: IE type redirecting num 5600 reason 1 cnt -1 plan 0 type 0 pres 0 HQ-RTR(config-if)# Should I need to see the redirecting number as 1002 instead of 5600. I also tried turning on the use EPN mask on Hunt pilot, removing the mask on the Voicemail profile and adding an alternate extension with the 10 digit #. No change. I would appreciate any help with this. Thanks Kalyan
