Hi, Only i'm not get clarification on this point that i'm trying to understand the needs exactly
do you see that I need to create a third location with no reservation with the other needed two [as for HQ and another branch] So i may create HQ for HQ ,, Branch1 for the Branch1 then use the hub-none with no reservation with the above two then use this hub-none for the gateways,uccx,cti-ports,cuc... ??? or RSVP MUST count for these points as if I call from hq to another branch pstn ,, so hq phone will call branch GW ,, so it must count from RSVP,, right ? will this must be for the other cases [as also if Branch1 is checking VM in cuc in HQ ..] like that thanks From: voice...@hotmail.com To: ccie_voice@onlinestudylist.com Subject: RE: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] RSVP number of calls Date: Wed, 6 Apr 2011 16:55:45 +0200 Hi, So for G711 will reserve for first call 96k then from second call 80 k ??? why we point to a worst case although SRND told RSVP bw is 40k for G729 and 96k for G711 Also Do i need to create a 3rd location for the uccx,cuc,gateways,cti-ports,the 3rd branch.... or must use hub-none as hq ? You don't need to create an HQ location since it is already in hubnone (well, you can but you are making more work for yourself). All other devices that have those locations will need to be account for too in your calculations. When I set RSVP between 2-sites to permit 2-G729 calls It work with me first when i use 80 for rsvp bandwidth but trying 40k for the first and from the second call 24k ,, it also work with me So I built my calculations on this so 2-calls = 64k ,, 3-calls = 88k ,, 4-calls = 112k and so one or use 40k for first and second and each needed call ? Also I'll create two locations 2-sites [HQ and another site] Do i need to create 3rd location with no reservation with all other locations and assign this location to GK,MMOH,CUC-ports,UCCX-ports & RPs that all these exist in HQ and may be affected if put in HQ location as phones ?? _______________________________________________ For more information regarding industry leading CCIE Lab training, please visit www.ipexpert.com ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* * This Communication is Private & Confidential.
