hello all I'm working on workbook 2 lab 10 my cucm/cue integration is working great i configured my VM profile for my Br2 phone and it has a mask of XXXX to match the last 4 of the number however when i press the messages button on the phone it always prompts for the id followed by # while debugging the cue this is what i see
