Thanks, at times it was slow that i thought my UCCX script wasn't working or
codec issue coz it terminated before i could hear a short prompt that i had.
After being satisfied that i had perfect configuration changed to something
long then realized its because of the remote rack speeds. Also had instances
where i just "sat there" for intermittent priceless 15 seconds waiting for
response!  I changed strategy to think about what i'm going to configure
next so when it was moving again i could cruise.
