Hi,

Config provided is good. If it goes via dial-peer 1 instead of dial-peer 3
the problem is at BR1 site.
Check incomming dial-peer on BR1 etc.
Use "voice iec syslog" on CME and BR1. It may indicate where the problem is.
Search the list archive on how to use "voice iec" feature.
