IMHO, whenever you are not requested specifically to trust or not-trust,
then not-trust is the safest way to go. This way you know you have control
of the proper dscp taggings on the WAN links.

If you do trust, then you must make sure that all devices are sending proper
dscp. Eg: mgcp configuration, dial-peer, IOS sccp, ip phones, etc.

Additionally in RL, if you trust bindly then you get rogue PCs tagging DSCPs
as EF and such.
