"Re-grade or re-read for CCIE Voice lab is actively being pursued as a service to our candidates. It's more costly and administratively complex to offer re-reads for Voice, but we see it as a necessity for candidates, and therefore we are working hard to make it available soon. Assessor for voice, on the other hand, is also being worked on, although I don't really have any solid dates to offer, hopefully we will have better news for you towards the end of* this calendar year*." Then I realize it was posted in 2006.
