Things to verify for basic phone reg:

1. Verify DHCP/Static settings, IP, TFTP, Default GW (could try pinging from
CUCM server via CLI to phone IP).
2. Change CUCM servers to IP and not DNS name.
3. Enable auto reg on CM Server if desired.
4. Setup CUCM Group with auto reg if desired.
5. TFTP/CM Services started? (remember on both Pub and Sub depending how you
setup tftp/cm group)
6. Auto reg phones should be shown or you can manually reg phones now.
