I have been using INE for a while and I believe if you have a VPN connection
to INE then u will have no issues at all. If however like me you do not have
your own phones and use the ones on their rack or use their phone emulator
you would probably run out of time to do any serious testing in 5.5 hours.

Their racks are not standardized so in one session you may get a mix of 7961
model phones. 
They have only 1 phone in site b so you cannot test much.
If you want to do a DRS backup and restore so u can continue from a
particular point it never works. You end up wasting an hour and half
everytime registering phones.
They have ESW module at one site only.
You cannot test MOH.

If you have no better option INE is cheaper than others but you will have to
live with a lot of issues.
