Are you using phoneview to control all 3 sites? Maybe you know more features than I do but I only use the phoneview to control one site at a time....mostly, whichever site the CME is on since other remote-control software doesn't support CME very well.
My config is set up as is: HQ & SB (CUCM) - berbee SC (CME) - Phoneview Just make sure you can ping all three sites from your PC to the same subnet of your phones vlans. If not, you will need to hook up extra nic cards from your PC or use the USB-LAN card solution.
