On CME just put on the dial-peer something like destination-pattern 999T and then on the ephone-dn for that ext just enter the command "trunk 999" and assign that ephone-dn to button 2 on the ephone, when the user presses button 2 for example and makes a call, it will prepend the 999 on the call therefore going on the dial-peer with the destination patter 999T. Had to do this numerous times for doc offices with private lines dedicated for them to make outbound calls.
