Hi All, I was working on AAR between the HQ and SC. The questions says that we need AAR to be invoked between the 2 site allowing only 4 g729 calls and the 5th call should be routed over the PSTN. I got most of it working and the setup works fine if i make the 5th call to any of the primary or agent lines on the phones on both sites.
However in a particular case when there are 4 calls active on both the sites and the 5th call is made to the following, it fails: 1. HQ --> SC Voice mail Pilot (Fails with "Not enough bandwidth") 2. HQ --> SC IPCC Pilot Point (Fails with "Not enough bandwidth") 3. SC --> HQ IPCC Pilot (Fails with "High traffic try again later") But if we make a call from SC --> HQ Voice Mail Pilot (It WORKS) Are the above mentioned 3 calls suppose to work ? I have defined my AAR Group/AAR CSS/Location settings on the Device Pools for SC and HQ. Any ideas on this would be appreciated - Thanks.
