I have found the following issue (well maybe it is not an issue): When setting only Type for Calling/Called Number (without setting the Plan - but leaving as "callmanager") in CUCM for H323 gateway (at any place - RP, RL, GW), it does not take effect on the Gateway's PRI. But as soon as the Plan is also configured as ISDN in CUCM (RP or RL or any other place), the PRI reflects that and send the Setup message with Type and Plan set in CUCM.
As for MGCP Gateway, it can send the ISDN Setup message with only Type set for Calling/Called Numbers. (Plan left at default - "callmanager")
