Hi Randal

I have seen this error in real life and basically you should remove any trace
of the CUPC client and then reinstall again and make sure you have the new
version for java JDK.

Thanks

Is this user CUPC Enabled ?

From CUPS server GUI ---> Application -----> CUPC ----- recheck everything

Checklist for CUCM

Softphone owner user id
Softphone primary phone
Softphone DN assigned to user
etc.. etc... etc...

Finally restart CUCM CTI Manager Service

Hi
When I log in I use username and password and I can authenticate. I have desk
control as well but no softphone or presense

When I look at cucm the phone is not registered. Unknown registration unknown
IP address

I can't get softphone working, presence and IPPA.

In cucm I have a cupc phone with device name UPCGWASHINGTON configured

Thanks
