Hello, Can you please confirm the following?
Setting the Type and Plan as "callmanager" means that the previous level settings has to be used - For instance, if the Gateway is set to "callmanager" then the RL/RP settings are used for those parameters. If the RP/RL are also set to "callmanager", then the Translation Pattern setting are used.
