Hi, the solution guide uses dummy (unregistered) CTI route points in many tasks purely to forward calls (CFA) to Unity Connection, either mailboxes, live record, call handlers, greetings administrator etc
Examples: Lab 1: Dummy CTI route point at DN 1113 for MeetMe task Why not just use a directory number (no device) to CFA to Voicemail? Is there any difference in using a directory number (no device) or a dummy CTI Route point? Anthony
