Question for the group re: UCCX When you install UCCX, You're asked to create an Application Administrator. You use this account to first login to the UCCX system to perform basic configuration. One of these steps is to select call maanger administrators that will be UCCX Administrators.
Do you ever use this account again? Once you define call manager accounts as UCCX administrators, this Application Administrator account doesn't seem to work any longer. Is it still there? Can you change the password? When would you need this credential? Thanks guys! Josh
