I am currently having the same problem. I have been troubleshooting for a hour
now. It forwards to the correct VM box and you can even play the message back
to your self after you record it. It just never makes it to the mailbox.

I am currently working on new lab 5 and I have my CUCM-CUC integration working,
for voicemail left by SA > SB to SB phone and SB > SA Phone I get MWI
both directions. But for PSTN or SC While I can leave a VM MWI does not work
and the VM does not show up when I check the inbox for either SA or SB phones
for VM left from PSTN or SC. I have looked at the SIP trunk setting and do not
see anything there CSS/PTs all look correct any Ideas?
