Btw, this has nothing to do with voice, but with flash filesystem access on IOS 
in general...

Ken, I've never seen need in #3. 
And #1 sometimes does not work, not sure on which platforms...

#2 has always worked for me, regardless of platform, so stick to it.

Same goes when defining tftp-server. But keep in mind when you use #2 you might 
have to define alias to make sure the path is what phone is requesting.
