The MVA application receives the call on the H323 gateway and sends to IVRMainpage.vxml. The call is prompted for PIN and Press 1 to make a call. When the desired number is entered, followed by a # there is an immediate hang up. The Remote Destination Profile CSS has visibility to the number being dialed. What might be the problem or how do I troubleshoot?
