What kind of gateway is Site C, MGCP or H323? If it's H323, most likely you
have the gateway set to update the display. To stop this, under "voice service
voip" do a "no supplementary-service h225-notify cid-update" .

So I have a RP that is "900.1408XXXXXXX" that is set to PreDot / Prefix +
That is pointing to a RL that has 2 RG's, they both are set to PreDot for the
called number and they prefix site specific access codes.
When calls go to the "SiteB" RG the "To:" field on the phone shows the
+1408XXXXXXX as anticipated.
However when calls go to the "SiteC" RG the "To:" field on the phone shows
9001408XXXXXXX ?!

When I change the order of the RG's in the RL, is seems the issue stays with
SiteC...

Any ideas?
