Consult a tax guy (I'm not one).  I would suspect that if it's for your
job and is not reimbursed by you employer, it could be "Unreimbursed
Employee Expenses" on the 1040 Schedule A (if you itemize deductions).
Like I said, though, I'm not a CPA, tax attorney, etc., so check with
someone licensed to give official tax advice.
