Hello, I have am working on CME call pickup excercise. I have testing call park and pickup, When I press pickup software I am getting getting fast tone.
Here is my configuration. ephone-dn 17 octo-line number 4731 label 4731 description BR2 Ph1 ! ephone-dn 18 octo-line number 4732 label 4732 description BR2 Ph2 ! ephone-dn 19 octo-line number 4733 label 4733 Description BR2 Ph3 ! ephone-template 1 softkeys idle Newcall Pickup Redial Dnd softkeys connected Hold Park Trnsfer Endcall Flash ephone 15 ephone-template 1 device-security-mode none mac-address 0CD9.9690.6FC2 type 7962 button 1:17 ! ephone 17 ephone-template 1 device-security-mode none mac-address 0CD9.9690.6CA8 type 7962 button 1:18 ! ephone 18 ephone-template 1 device-security-mode none mac-address 34BD.C82D.A1D7 type 7962 button 1:19 ! ephone-dn 16 number 4735 park-slot timeout 20 limit 2 recall description park slot for All Users ! telephony-service call-park system application ! Testing procedure: 1. Call from ext 4731 to ext 4732 2. On ext 4732 answer the phone and put call on park 3. When I press pickup softkey to retrieve call on park is not working getting busy tone.
