Hi

I have already reboot all the servers
Licensing is ok
Axl is also accessible from cuc to cucm cluster

The ports lost the registration with no reason

I don't have any other ideas

unregistered

Hi,

Try restarting all the services from CUC and respective services in CUCM (all
nodes in both servers). Also check the application server. plus the licensing
on CUC.

Then you will have to check if there is communications from the CUC to the CUCM
servers. I mean the AXL communication. you can check this while creating the
ports.

Regards,
Shabeeb
