You could do that but I'd question the execution speed. For the original 
question, the most straightforward and efficient answer is to set that one 
phone to External service provisioning and delete the Directories URL at the 
Enterprise Level. The only negative side effect to that method is that the 
Voicemail button won't work. You can put in a URL for Voicemail Services at the 
Enterprise Level but it doesn't work the way one may want (it brings up a menu 
instead of just dialing the pilot). Of course, I think there may be a better 
fix but haven't looked at it any deeper.

For the tangent question that arose (changing the order of services or even 
hiding specific services) I originally used the method you (Mohamed) describe 
but I now think that the quickest method is to use UCCX to host a custom 
Directories app.

Of course, I say this knowing that I have not sat down and timed the two 
methods. It could be they are basically the same from an efficiency standpoint. 
So, let's call my opinion an hypothesis or somewhat wild a** guess (SWAG).
