hi Guys, Just need to know the following....
1) Is it required for every END USER to be associated with their corresponding username on Directory number level of the phone or is it enough if we can just do this on the END USER page of the callmanger by associating the MAC address of the phone to the end user and specifying his primary extension , IPCC extension and roles there ? 2) Is DHCP assignment and auto registration does not work for any reason can we just use manual registration to save on time? -MJ
