While calling from PSTN to 6178631002 (primary extension at BR1) and when
not answered, it was supposed to go to the UCx via PSTN (AAR is invoked).
The call fails with "invalid IE".

BR1 gateway has Redirecting Number IE Delivery - Outbound enabled and HQ
