I reloaded the router and reapplied the QoS configuration. No dice. Still not matching in the nested policy. Very weird that it is working like a champ in the SB router. I've done this a couple times in the past and never run into this issue. I'm going to play with it a little longer, but may have to come back to it in the morning with a fresh set of coffee fueled eyes...
