Hi ALLi face a weird behavior with Directory service in No service configured requirement.a 7965 has internal in service provision and all phone service(except voicemail) are deleted in CUCM. but the 7965 shows recieved calls/placed calls/missed call/intercom history, it should show nothing with no service configured. when i put the both in service provision then it shows the 4 directories which is assigned in xml file in UCCX under those 4 directorie, so it shows total 8 directories.i dont see any clue where is this 4 directories come from. i have 7965 and CIPC in the lab. CIPC not have this be havior. anyone has experience this kind of wired? -ikizoo
