Hi i have a cisco 7941 phone which is connected to broadband internet. but is not registering to cucm.we are using Cisco ASA and CUCM at HQ where CUCM IP address has been natted to public ip... when we press Status on Phone,it displays "CTL file not installed". -- Please help how to make it registered
