Hi Ramcharan, If this pattern is blocked in Unity, then you have to unblock it (from the restriction table). Usually what I do is i always put 9 before the Pstn number and it becomes like this 93942123. This pattern usually is not blocked in unity and by putting 9, it will hit the already configured route pattern in CUCM. Don't forget to assign the correct CSS to the unity ports and configure an external mask for the ports. We need to adhere to the PSTN requirements.
