hi All,I have 2 phoneswith extensions 3101 (site a) and 3102(site b) and have a ICD of 3000 for my BACD script .If the agent did not answer then I want my BACD script to play "All agents are currently busy assisting other callers..." after thismessage I want the call to go the voicemail of site a phone 1 .
