Hi, I have some issue with date-format for SC phones. On CUCM date-format is mm-dd-yy
When site C is in SRST mode. phone date-format change to mm/dd/yy. I have specify date-format in telephony-service date-format mm-dd-yy I have recreate CNF files for phones phone in SRST always show date format can someone please suggest what is the correct way to keep date-formate mm-dd-yy while phones are in SRST mode.
