Upload Ringlist to SUB CUCM also because your phones are registered to Sub and
will fetch the file from Sub if its active.

i have added Ringlist to PUB tftp and restart the TFTP service, even PUB
callmanager
and when i show " file view tftp Ringlist.xml" file is there
but when i press thru phone, it said can't find it .
any missing ?
