Thanks Chris.

I got following error when trying to input the command.

CAM_VOIP_RTR(config-sip-ua)#registrar dns:toronto2.voip.ms expires 3600
Primary-Secondary mode not currently configured; Cannot configure primary
registrar

Any idea?

You need to add the SIP Server info in your SIP-UA config at the bottom, and
ensure your auth, user info is correct. That is the issue.
See this from a similar config...

sip-ua
 credentials username 9725551000 password 7 19955F507379707863 realm
voip.duh
 authentication username 9725551000 password 7 99559555B781E1A5949 realm
voip.duh
 no remote-party-id
 retry invite 2
 retry bye 2
 retry cancel 2
 timers trying 100
 timers connect 100
 registrar dns:voip.duh expires 3600
 sip-server dns:voip.duh
 connection-reuse
 host-registrar
 permit hostname dns:sbc.voip.duh

You have no end points registered with SIP provided doing SIP-UA.
This is most likely the important one (your SIP number)

 168667 -1 100 no
Fix that to even have a chance for it to work
