This is happening when I compile my web applications. I think that my issue is that I had 2 projects compiling at the same time and they are sharing the same TempBuildDir folder. When the second project starts building I believe it is deleting the first projects build files (or at least as much as possible) then the second fails because it cannot delete everything or something along those lines.. Is there a setting I can change for projects to name this TempBuildDir for each project?
