It seems that IIS was not installed at all by default on Windows7.
But after I've installed it and after ccnet reinstallation, the
dashbord wasn't there.
I checked in IIS manager and it had no entry for ccnet. I tried to add
it manually but it seems that the  IIS manager in Win7 is much
different from previous versions and I was unable to follow guides
that I've found on the web.
