timeout was originally the default was original 10 minutes - an eternity. I cranked it down to a 15 seconds (maybe too low) - now its set to 60 seconds and still fails.
Is there a problem having the VSS open - while this is running? Is there some clever way to debug this or generate XML automatically by looking at the repository?
