Hi

you can do the following already
in the dashboard.config, where you specify the buildservers,
there are also attributes setting the ability to force and start/stop a
project.
Default these settings are set to true

set the ones you want to false, and do iisreset

now nobody can do a force build via the dashboard,
but you can still do it via cctray :-)
